摘 要:针对普通比例阀放大器响应慢而无法实现负载敏感液压系统冲击的问题,提出用车载PLC的快速性响应PWM口直接驱动实现主阀快速响应,研究负载敏感液压系统的冲击特性。以A10VSO28DFR泵和M4-12阀构建的负载敏感液压系统为对象,采用上下位机通信方式实现冲击试验的控制和参数采集。上位机以LabVIEW为软件平台,通过NI9223板卡采集液压系统的压力和流量参数,通过PEAK USB/CAN卡实现液压系统的功能控制,并用队列消息机制、全局变量和多线程编程方式,设计了液压系统参数采集系统和CAN总线通信系统。下位机采用Hersmor G16控制器设计了液压阀控制系统,接收上位机的控制指令,实现主阀的定时关闭和开口大小的控制。在液压试验台架上进行冲击特性试验,结果表明:设计的测控系统能以10 ms为时间基准控制主阀关闭速度和开口大小,采用队列的方式可正确采集冲击特性曲线,设计的测控系统可满足负载敏感液压系统的冲击特性试验要求;通过台架验证了消除多余流量的冲击特性削减方法的有效性,提高了系统稳定性。提出的车载PLC驱动液压阀的液压台架测控方案,可为液压测控平台和液压系统性能研究提供参考。In order to solve the problem that the common proportional valve amplifier can’t realize the impact of the load sensitive hydraulic system because of its slow response, the fast response PWM port of the vehicle PLC was used to directly drive the main valve to realize the fast response control, and the impact characteristics of the load sensitive hydraulic system were studied.Taking the load sensitive hydraulic system constructed by A10 VSO28 DFR pump and M4-12 valve as the object, the upper and lower computer communication mode was adopted to realize the control and parameter acquisition of impact experiment.For the upper computer, LabVIEW was taken as the software platform, the pressure and flow parameters of the hydraulic system were collected through NI9223 board card, the function control of the hydraulic system was realized through PEAK USB/CAN card, and the parameter collection system and can bus communication system of the hydraulic system were designed by using queue message mechanism, global variables and multi thread programming mode.For the lower computer, Hersmor G16 controller was used to design the hydraulic valve control system, to receive the control command from the upper computer, and to realize the timing closing and opening size control of the main valve.The impact characteristic test was carried out on the hydraulic test bench.The results show that the designed measurement and control system can control the closing speed and opening size of the main valve on the basis of 10 ms;the impact characteristic curve can be collected correctly by the way of queue, the designed measurement and control system can meet the impact characteristic test requirements of the load sensitive hydraulic system.The validity of the impact characteristic reducing method through eliminating excess flow is verified by the bench, and the stability of the system is improved.This proposed measurement and control scheme of hydraulic valve driven by PLC,provides reference for the performance research of hydraulic measurem
