摘 要:射流管伺服阀在装调过程中会产生啸叫现象,导致伺服阀的弹簧管产生高频振荡,使得弹簧管迅速疲劳破裂,造成灾难性的事故。为解决此问题,利用Fluent对射流管伺服阀前置级进行流场分析,分析射流管伺服阀啸叫产生的机制;利用粒子成像测速技术(PIV)对射流管伺服阀前置级进行可视化试验验证,得到射流管伺服阀前置级内部流场的直观图像及涡系分布特征,并通过结构改进消除啸叫现象。研究结果为解决射流管伺服阀啸叫问题、优化射流管前置级结构提供参考。Jet-pipe servo valve will produce howling phenomenon in the process of installation and adjustment,resulting in high frequency vibration of the servo-valve spring tube,so that the spring tube quickly fatigue fracture,causing catastrophic accident.In or⁃der to solve this problem,Fluent was used to analyze the flow field of the pre-stage of the jet-pipe servo-valve,and the mechanism of jet-pipe servo-valve howling was analyzed;particle imaging velocimetry(PIV)technology was used to verify the visualization of the pre-stage of the jet-pipe servo-valve,and the visual images of the internal flow field and the vortex distribution characteristics of the pre-stage of the jet-pipe servo-valve were obtained and the howling phenomenon was eliminated through structural improvement.The results provide reference for solving the howling problem of jet-pipe servo-valve and optimizing the jet-pipe pre-stage structure.
