摘  要:针对我国当前大型灌装设备无法应用于中小企业的中小批量灌装生产问题,研制一种基于PLC的小型可移动式灌封装平台。通过对灌封装平台进行总体方案设计,确定工作流程,重点解决灌装在线称重、旋盖伺服扭力PID控制等问题。在系统硬件方面,进行了气动控制原理设计与选型、电气控制原理设计与选型、PLC型号选择、I/O接口分配及接线图设计;在控制系统软件方面,在GXWork2环境下,对作为主控制器的PLC进行了逻辑控制程序的编写、扭矩闭环控制设计,并在Visual Studio 2015里进行人机交互界面设计;最后在上位机编译实现人机交互,实验平台开机运行调试。实验结果表明:整个验证平台实现了某白酒瓶的灌装、旋盖、喷码和检测工序全自动,其中灌装误差小于0.3%,效率达到600~800瓶/h,满足工业生产要求。Aiming at the problem that large-scale filling equipment can not be used in small and medium-sized batch filling pro⁃duction of small and medium-sized enterprises in our country,a small mobile filling and packaging platform was developed based on PLC.Through the overall scheme design of the filling and packaging platform,the work flow was determined,and the problems such as on-line weighing of filling and servo torque PID control of capping were mainly solved.In terms of system hardware,the pneumatic control principle design and model selection,the electrical control principle design and model selection,PLC model selection,I/O interface distribution and wiring diagram design were carried out.In terms of control system software,in GXWork2 environment,the logic control program and torque closed-loop control design for PLC which was the main controller were carried out,and implemented in Visual Studio 2015.Finally,human-computer interaction was realized through the host computer compiling,and the experimental platform was run and debugged.The experimental results show that the whole verification platform has realized a full automatic process of filling,capping,spraying and testing of an alcohol bottle.The filling error is less than 0.3%,and the efficiency reaches 600~800 bottles/h,which meets the requirements of industrial production.
