摘 要:提出一种新型RFID圆形标签传感器,用于机床铝结构的裂纹检测。通过HFSS电磁仿真软件模拟铝结构的裂纹长度和位置变化情况,得到标签传感器的S11系数曲线,分析知谐振频率f_(01)和f_(10)均随着裂纹长度的增大而减小。分别处理S11系数曲线图中的谐振频率f_(01)和f_(10),得到谐振频率f_(01)和f_(10)与裂纹长度的线性方程。分析不同线性方程的斜率绝对值,得到不同裂纹位置对应的不同斜率绝对值。结果表明:裂纹在传感器中心位置时斜率绝对值最大,越偏离传感器中心位置斜率的绝对值越小。HFSS仿真结果验证了所提出的新型RFID圆形标签传感器可以检测机床铝结构裂纹的长度和位置变化信息。A novel radio frequency identification(RFID)circular tag sensor was proposed for crack detection of aluminum struc⁃ture in machine tools.Electromagnetic simulation software HFSS was used to simulate the crack length and position change of aluminum structure,and the S11 coefficient curve of the label sensor was obtained,the analysis showed that the resonant frequencies f_(01) and f_(10) decreased with the increased of crack length.The resonant frequencies f_(01) and f_(10) in the S11 coefficient curve were processed respective⁃ly,and the linear equations of the magnitude of resonant frequencies f_(01) and f_(10) and the crack length were obtained.By analyzing the absolute slope values of different linear equations,different crack locations correspond to different absolute slope values were obtained.The results show that the absolute slope values are the largest when it is at the center of the sensor,and the more the crack offset the center of the sensor,the smaller the absolute slope values are.The HFSS simulation results verify that by using the proposed novel RFID circular tag sensor,the length and position change information of the aluminum structure crack of the machine tool can be detected.
