摘　　要：针对老年居住环境的室内空间定向障碍,首先从空间定向环境影响要素及寻路支持设计策略出发,确立了机构养老室内空间定向性能目标,表征为4个主要性能参数;而后,确定各参数下的具体考察维度,引入空间句法理论辅助构建相应的计算模型;最后,结合单元平面案例,阐明了性能参数的应用方法、评价结论和各类型平面的设计优化策略,为发展机构养老设施单元平面的性能化设计提供了一种新的思路。In view of the spatial orientation function in elderly residential environment,orientation performance associated with four main parameters were determined.The specific inspection dimensions under each parameter were determined,and the calculation model was established with the spatial syntax theory.Finally,this paper expounds the application method of performance parameters,evaluation conclusion,and the design optimization strategy of various types of planes,providing a new idea for the performance-based design of the unit plane of institutional elderly care facilities.
