摘 要:针对严寒地区不设置集中供暖系统地下车库建筑停车区域实测温度是否能达到5℃的问题,结合多年持续社会调查与数据收集,经数据整理及统计,分析设置集中供暖系统与不设置集中供暖系统两种情况下车库内温度差异。研究结果表明,严寒地区不设置集中供暖系统地下车库建筑,停车区域实测温度多不能达到5℃。建议严寒地区无集中供暖系统地下车库承压给排水管道应采取有效保温防冻措施。设计中应摒弃侥幸思想,保证严寒地区建筑供水系统安全。Combined with years of continuous social investigation and data collection,this paper studies whether the measured temperature in the parking area of underground garage buildings without central heating system can reach 5℃in severe cold regions.Through data collation and statistics,the temperature difference in the garage with and without central heating system is analyzed.The results show that the measured temperature of parking area cannot reach 5℃in the underground garage buildings without central heating system in severe cold regions.It is proposed that effective heat preservation and anti-freezing measures should be taken for confined water supply and drainage pipes in underground garage without central heating system in severe cold and cold regions.The fluke thought should be abandoned in the design to avoid the hidden danger of water supply facilities.
