摘　　要：腹股沟疝是生猪养殖中一种常见的生理缺陷疾病,多发于小公猪,小母猪发病较少。1例断奶小母猪腹股沟疝病例采用外科手术疗法治疗,经常规消炎护理,该发病猪术后痊愈,未见异常。文章对手术治疗过程进行详细、完整的梳理与阐述,以期为小母猪腹股沟疝的治疗提供参考。Inguinal hernia is a common physical defect disease in pig breeding.One case of inguinal hernia in a weaned gilt was treated with surgical therapy.After routine anti-inflammatory care,the affected pig recovered after operation without any abnormality.The article reviewed and elaborated the surgical treatment process in detail and completely,in order to provide a reference for the treatment of inguinal hernia in gilts.
