摘　　要：以习近平关于新发展格局的系列重要讲话为依据,从系统思维的角度,对构建新发展格局内涵进行了梳理,结果发现,构建新发展格局包含六个既相互联系又相互区别的内涵:其理论基础是马克思主义基本原理,最大优势是党的领导和拥有稀缺的市场资源,关键因素是经济循环的畅通无阻,核心要义是统筹发展与安全的关系,最本质特征是实现高水平的自立自强,指导原则是贯彻新发展理念。结合经济史,以马克思的生产力—生产方式—生产关系原理和习近平关于经济基础与上层建筑关系、政治与经济关系的重要论述为方法论基础,以剩余价值理论为理论基石,对其背后的学理基础进行了揭示。Based on Xi Jinping's series of important speeches on the new development pattern,the paper combs the connotation of constructing the new development pattern from the perspective of systematic thinking.The results show that constructing the new development pattern contains six connotations that are both interrelated and different from each other:its theoretical basis is the basic principle of Marxism,its greatest advantage is the leadership of the Communist Party of China and its possession of scarce market resources,its key factor is the unimpeded economic circulation,its core essence is to coordinate the relationship between development and security,its most essential feature is the realization of a high level of self-reliance and self-improvement,and its guiding principle is the implementation of the new development concept.Combining with economic history,this paper takes Marx's principle of productivity,mode of production,production relationship and Xi Jinping's important exposition on the relationship between economic foundation and superstructure,and the relationship between politics and economy as the methodological foundation,and takes the theory of surplus value as the theoretical foundation,reveals the theoretical foundation behind it.
