摘 要:随着社会经济的发展和人们生活水平的提高,消费者对生鲜品的需求由量的增加转化为质的提升,更加安全、环保、绿色的产品越来越受到人们的青睐,这在一定程度上促进了生鲜宅配的发展。在传统方式下获得优质生鲜品的途径有限,电子商务的出现和快速发展,给生鲜品在网络上的销售提供了良好的平台。本文针对冷链配送中,由于生鲜品供应节点与需求节点距离长或者配送产品周期短等情况,给出基于聚类的两阶段联合运送方法:第一阶段按照客户需求点的分布情况,提出基于模糊C-均值算法(FCM)的配送中转点选择和需求点划分方法,从而构建联合运送网络结构;第二阶段建立基于聚类的联合运送路径优化模型。最后,通过数据实验,验证所提方法和模型的合理性与高效性。With the development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standards, consumers’ demand for fresh products has changed from quantity to quality. Safer, environmental and green products are more and more favored by people, which to a certain extent promotes the development of fresh housing distribution. The traditional ways to obtain high-quality fresh products are limited. The emergence and rapid development of e-commerce provides a good platform for the sale of fresh products on the Internet. It is worth studying the optimization of joint delivery of fresh products e-commerce and cold chain home delivery.In this paper, a two-stage combined transportation method based on clustering is proposed for cold chain home delivery targeting the issue of the long distance between the fresh product supply node and the demand node, or the short product life cycle. In the first stage, according to the distribution of customer demand points, a transfer point selection and demand point division method based on fuzzy C-means algorithm(FCM) is proposed to construct the joint delivery network node. In the second stage, a clustering-based joint delivery route optimization model is established. Finally, through the M cold chain logistics and distribution company to carry out a case analysis.In this paper, the cold chain logistics distribution company uses the pre-sale method to collect consumer orders on the e-commercial platform, and then distributes pineapples from A to B. Three delivery transfer points and 30 demand points are taken as the research objects. Joint delivery by aircraft and refrigerated trucks. In this paper, the joint transport route optimization model is solved by CPLEX 9.0.The empirical results in this paper show that different distribution transit points can cause a change in the joint delivery route, resulting in different total combined delivery times, average wait times, maximum wait times, and total joint delivery costs.
