摘　　要：预防HIV感染育龄妇女意外妊娠是减少艾滋病母婴传播的重要措施之一,但是由于HIV感染女性的生殖健康和避孕知识缺乏且需求未得到有效满足,因此容易发生意外妊娠。为HIV感染女性提供避孕咨询指导服务,能够帮其选择适宜的避孕方法,从而有效减少意外妊娠的发生,同时减少艾滋病母婴传播风险。在HIV感染女性中运用宫内节育器、皮下埋植剂、长效避孕针及节育手术等长效避孕方法不仅能达到良好的避孕效果,且对抗病毒治疗无明显影响,对预防母婴传播具有重要意义。Prevention of mother-to-child transmission of HIV is an important measure for AIDS prevention. The needs of reproductive and contraceptives are not effectively met in HIV-infected women. HIV-infected women can achieve good contraceptive effects with long-acting contraceptive methods such as intrauterine devices, subcutaneous implants,long-acting contraceptives, and birth control operations. Because of its minimal impact on antiviral treatments, it is an effective way to prevent mother-to-child transmission. This article will summarize long-acting contraceptive methods in HIV-infected women.
