摘  要:内燃机SAE1144钢凸轮轴在冷加工过程中发生开裂。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验和断口分析等方法,分析了该凸轮轴开裂的原因。结果表明:该SAE1144钢凸轮轴开裂属于层状撕裂;在镗孔加工过程中,润滑不良和凸轮轴轴心没有对齐造成车刀切向应力过大,从而在凸轮轴硫化物和铁素体界面处萌生裂纹,钢中存在的长条状硫化物及铁素体层状条带对裂纹的扩展有促进作用,裂纹扩展后造成凸轮轴开裂。The internal combustion engine SAE1144 steel camshaft cracked during cold working. Use methods such as macroscopic observation, chemical composition analysis, metallographic inspection and fracture analysis to analyze causes of cracking of the camshaft. The results showed that the cracking of SAE1144 steel camshaft was laminar tearing. In the boring process, poor lubrication and misalignment of the axis of the camshaft caused excessive tangential stress on the turning tool, resulting in cracks at the interface between the sulfide and ferrite of the camshaft. The long strip of sulfide and ferrite layered strips in steel promoted the propagation of cracks. After the crack propagated, the camshaft cracked.
