摘　　要：变轨距动车组轴箱轴承运用环境复杂,面临载荷工况异常、轴承线速度大的挑战。文章对变轨距动车组轴箱轴承的形式、结构、润滑、密封等方面进行系统分析,确定优化的轴承选择方案。通过试验台试验,模拟变轨距动车组轴箱轴承的运用工况,对轴箱轴承的耐久性、密封性、极限运用能力等方面进行试验验证,结果表明,热性能及耐久性能、极限性能、密封性能均满足有关要求。The axle box bearings of variable gauge EMU works in a complex environment,which brings the bearings challenges of abnormal load conditions and high linear speed.This paper makes a systematic analysis on the form,structure,lubrication and sealing of the axle box bearings of variable gauge EMU and determines an optimized bearing selection scheme.It simulates the operation condition of axle box bearings of variable gauge EMU,and verifies the durability,sealing performance and limit operation capacity of the axle box bearing by the bench test.The results show that the thermal performance,durability,extreme condition performance and sealing performance can meet the relevant requirements.
