医用真空泵排气口自动消毒装置的设计及应用

摘　　要：新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情暴发后,国家卫健委要求加强对医用真空泵排气口的消毒处理。该研究根据相关规范设计并制作了可以根据排气管道压力自动调整排风机输出功率,以保持恒压排风的自动消毒装置,经实际应用和具备相关检验资质的机构检测,该装置工作稳定、气体排放符合标准。After the outbreak of the epidemic of corona virus disease 2019,the National Health Commission requires to strengthen the disinfection treatment of the exhaust port of the medical vacuum pump.According to the relevant regulations,an automatic disinfection device that can automatically adjust the output power of the fan in line with the pressure of the exhaust pipe to maintain constant pressure exhaust was designed and produced in this study.The actual application and results tested by relevant qualified inspection institution demonstrated that the device can work stably and the gas emission can meet the requirements of standard.
