摘 要:该研究以标准IEC 60601-1-2:2014、CISPR 25-2016、ISO 7637-2:2011及其他相关标准为基础,对车载医用电气设备的射频能量发射测试和电磁抗扰度测试项目进行了分析和对比,通过对传导发射和辐射发射试验的适用范围、测试频率范围、试验布置和限值等级等进行分析,并重点对外壳端口、直流电源输入端口、患者耦合端口和信号输入/输出端口的电磁抗扰度测试项目进行对比,以期为车载医用电气设备的电磁兼容检测方法和规范提供一定的参考,指导车载医用电气设备制造商合理选择检测标准,提高生产质量。Based on the standards of IEC 60601-1-2:2014,CISPR 25-2016,ISO 7637-2:2011 and other relevant standards,the radio frequency energy emission test and electromagnetic immunity test of on-board medical electrical equipment were analyzed and compared in this study.The application scope,test frequency range,test layout and limit level of the conducted emission and radiation emission tests were analyzed and the electromagnetic immunity test items of enclosure port,input direct current power port,patient coupling port and signal input/output port were compared to form a reference for the method and specifications of the electromagnetic compatibility test of on-board medical electrical equipment,and guide the manufacturers of on-board medical electrical equipment to select reasonable test standards,and improve the production quality.
