摘　　要：目的探讨视频眼震电图(VNG)检查在后循环缺血(PCI)患者中的应用价值。方法选取2018年3月至2020年1月医院收治的60例PCI患者作为试验组,另选取同期医院收治的35例自觉眼睛不适患者作为对照组,两组均进行VNG检查,比较两组检查结果。结果试验组VNG检查的扫视试验、平滑跟踪试验、视动性眼震试验、自发性眼震试验、位置性眼震试验结果异常率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论VNG检查在PCI患者中具有较高的诊断价值,可作为辅助诊断依据。Objective The application value of videonystagmography(VNG)examination in patients with posterior circulation ischemia(PCI)was explored.Methods 60 patients with PCI who were admitted to the hospital from March 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the observation group.35 patients who came to the hospital for self-perceived ocular discomfort during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects received VNG examination and the results of the two groups were compared.Results The abnormal rates of saccadic test,smooth eye movements test,optokinetic nystagmus test,spontaneous nystagmus test,and positional nystagmus test in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion VNG is of high value in the diagnosis of patients with PCI and can be seen as the references for auxiliary diagnosis.
