摘　　要：目的探讨一种适用于担架的新型输液架在院前急救转运静脉输液护理风险管理中的应用效果。方法选取2020年3月至2021年5月由医院急诊科进行院前急救转运并在转运过程中采取静脉输液的360例患者作为研究对象,将2020年3—10月采用传统方法固定输液器的180例患者设为对照组,将2020年11月至2021年5月采用新型输液架固定输液器的180例患者设为观察组,比较两组院前急救转运中不良事件(留置针堵管、静脉输液针脱管、输液管脱落、空气进入管道)发生率及患者/家属满意度。结果观察组留置针堵管、静脉输液针脱管、输液管脱落、空气进入管道的发生率均低于对照组,观察组患者/家属满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论新型输液架可降低院前急救转运静脉输液过程中留置针堵管、静脉输液针脱管落、输液管脱落、空气进入管道等不良事件的发生风险,提高患者/家属满意度,应用效果良好。Objective The application effect of a new infusion stand suitable for stretchers in the nursing risk management of intravenous infusion in pre-hospital emergency transport was explored.Methods 360 patients who received intravenous infusion in prehospital emergency transport from March 2020 to May 2021 by the Emergency Department of the hospital were selected as the research objects.The 180 patients who were transported from March to October in 2020 were set as the control group,and during the transport process,the routine method was adopted to fix the infusion set.The other 180 patients who were transported from November 2020 to May 2021 were set as the observation group,and a new infusion stand was used to fix the infusion set during the transport process.The incidences of adverse events such as indwelling needle blockage,scalp needle detachment,transfusion tube detachment,and air in the pipeline,and the satisfaction of patients/family members were compared between the two groups.Results The incidences of adverse events such as indwelling needle blockage,scalp needle detachment,transfusion tube detachment,and air in the pipeline of the observation group were all lower than those of the control group,the satisfaction of patients/family members of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The new infusion stand can reduce the risks of adverse events such as indwelling needle blockage,scalp needle detachment,transfusion tube detachment,and air in the pipeline in the pre-hospital emergency transport,and improve the satisfaction of patients/family members,so the application effect was good.
