摘  要:针对鄂尔多斯某气田含醇污水回收装置存在严重腐蚀这一难题,首先对该装置关键设备的腐蚀原因进行了分析,然后对自主开发的5种咪唑啉类BH型缓蚀剂进行筛选,以筛选出的缓蚀剂为主剂,与IS-DSS、ACA-4两种助剂进行复配,在单因素的试验基础上,采用响应面法进行优化,得到最佳复配缓蚀剂。结果表明:在H_(2)S、CO_(2)以及HCO_(2)、 Cl^(-1)等作用下,设备表面形成的Fe;S;、Fe_(2)O_(3)、FeO、Fe(OH);等非保护性腐蚀产物是产生腐蚀的主要原因;BH-1型缓蚀剂效果最好,以其为主剂通过复配IS-DSS、ACA-4两种助剂得到的复配缓蚀剂可达到协同缓蚀的目的,当该复配缓蚀剂中BH-1、IS-DSS和ACA-4添加量分别为90.59 mg/L、30.44 mg/L和40.00 mg/L时,缓蚀率高达97.71%。In order to solve the problem of serious corrosion in the recovery unit of wastewater containing alcohol in a gas field in Ordos, the corrosion causes of the key equipment of the unit were analyzed. The main corrosion inhibitor was selected from five self-developed BH type corrosion inhibitors of imidazoline, and mixed with two additives of IS-DSS and ACA-4. Based on the single factor experiment, the response surface method was used to optimize the composite inhibitors. The results show that under the action of H_(2)S, CO_(2), HCO_(2), Cl^(-1), non-protective corrosion products such as Fe;S;, Fe_(2)O_(3), FeO, Fe(OH);formed on the surface of the equipment were the main cause of the corrosion. The inhibitor BH-1 had the best effect of corrosion inhibition. The composite corrosion inhibitor obtained by combining IS-DSS and ACA-4 with BH-1 as the main agent could achieve synergistic corrosion inhibition. The inhibition efficiency of the composite corrosion inhibitors could reach 97.71%, when the dosages of BH-1, IS-DSS and ACA-4 were 90.59 mg/L, 30.44 mg/L and 40.00 mg/L, respectively.
