摘　　要：苏北灌溉总渠是洪泽湖排洪入海通道之一,也是引洪泽湖入废黄河以南地区灌溉的重要引水渠道,兼有排涝、引水、航运、发电、泄洪等多项功能。2019年苏北地区遭遇60年一遇的气象干旱灾害,主要湖库接近死水位,对苏北地区造成重大损失。旱限水位是确定干旱预警等级的重要指标,因此,对苏北灌溉总渠(盐城段)旱限水位的分析具有重要的研究价值。The main irrigation channel in the north of Jiangsu Province is one of the channels for flood discharge from Hongze Lake to the sea.And it is also an important water diversion channel for irrigation in the south of the waste Yellow River.It has many functions such as drainage,water diversion,navigation,power generation,flood discharge,etc.In 2019,the northern Jiangsu region suffered a meteorological drought disaster once in 60 years,and the main lakes and reservoirs were close to the dead water level.It causes significant losses to the northern Jiangsu region.The drought limit water level is an important index to determine the drought warning level.Therefore,it has important research value to analyze the drought limited water level of the irrigation canal(Yancheng section)in Northern Jiangsu.
