摘  要:为探究基坑工程实际施工过程对周边建筑物的影响,以绍兴高铁北站T0D项目为例,利用有限元软件建立整体模型,模拟分析项目地下施工阶段对周边站房及铁路的影响。模拟计算结果表明,地下连续墙成槽对站房影响较大,对铁路、站房的影响随施工区域靠近而不断增大,且随着工程推进不断增加,在地下结构施工完成后达到峰值。根据模拟分析结果,可在实际施工中进行重点监测,并在设计与施工中提前采取针对性管控措施,以降低地下施工对邻近周边建筑造成的不利影响。To explore the impact of the actual construction process of foundation pit engineering on the surrounding buildings,taking the TOD project of Shaoxing North High Speed Railway station as an example,the overall model is established by finite element software to simulate and analyze the impact of the underground construction stage of the project on the surrounding station buildings and railways.The simulation results show that the grooving of diaphragm wall has a great impact on the station building,and the impact on the railway and station buildings increases with the approach of the construction area,and increases with the progress of the project,reaching the peak after the completion of underground structure construction.According to the simulation analysis results,the key monitoring can be carried out in the actual construction,and the targeted control measures can be taken in advance in the design and construction,so as to reduce the adverse impact of underground construction on adjacent buildings.
