摘 要:新建绍兴高铁北站T0D综合体项目位于绍兴高铁北站房南侧,部分新建围护桩及地下连续墙结构与既有旧围护桩及旧工程桩重叠,需要进行桩基拔除与封孔加固处理。为确保拔桩施工期间不影响高铁站房正常运营,并保证后期地下连续墙及围护桩成槽施工不坍孔,保证承压水稳定性,通过对拔桩与封孔加固方案的技术特点、环境污染、工程造价等多方面对比分析,得出拔桩封孔的可行性方案,并总结归纳有益的建议,为工程决策提供指导,同时为今后类似的工程项目提供借鉴。The new TOD complex project of Shaoxing North High-Speed Railway Station is located in the south of Shaoxing North High Speed Railway Station building.Some new retaining piles and underground diaphragm wall structures overlap with existing old retaining piles and old engineering piles.The pile foundation extraction and hole sealing reinforcement are required.To ensure that the normal operation of high-speed railway station building is not affected during the pile pulling construction,the holes don’t collapse during the grooving construction of underground diaphragm wall and retaining pile in the later stage,and to ensure the stability of confined water,the feasibility scheme of pile pulling and hole sealing is obtained through the comparative analysis of the technical characteristics,environmental pollution,project cost and other aspects of the pile pulling and hole sealing reinforcement scheme.The useful suggestions are summarized to provide guidance for engineering decision-making,and provide reference for similar engineering projects in the future.
