摘  要:结合绿地中心·杭州之门项目,对大跨度马鞍形钢结构网架施工技术进行了研究。采用地面分片拼装与高空整体组装的方式和三维扫描技术,将网架单元分片加工并提升拼装,控制网架单元拼接的精度,解决了网架结构复杂节点多、自重大、整体提升难度高、网架测量精度要求高的难点,降低了大跨度网架结构吊装提升的难度。Combined with the Greenland Center·Hangzhou Gate project,the construction technology of long-span saddle steel structure grid is studied.The method of ground piecewise assembly and high-altitude overall assembly and 3D laser scanning technology are adopted to process and improve the assembly of grid units,control the accuracy of grid unit splicing,solve the difficulties of complex grid structure,multiple nodes,heavy self weight,high overall lifting difficulty and high grid measurement accuracy,and reduce the difficulty of hoisting and lifting of long-span grid structure.
