摘  要:以青岛市民健身中心体育场项目为例,针对现浇混凝土结构看台后浇带钢筋易锈蚀、钢结构工序无法快速穿插等施工难题的解决方案进行了研究。通过合理的施工组织,采取相应的工艺流程、工艺控制要点及质量控制措施,合理优化部署大小仓取消后浇带,通过大小仓格跳仓间隔释放混凝土前期大部分温度变形与干燥收缩变形引起的约束应力,从而实现超长体育场看台结构的快速施工及消除了传统后浇带的质量通病,为后续钢结构吊装工序不能快速穿插的施工提供了条件,保证了工期及施工质量,对同类工程具有一定的借鉴意义。Taking the stadium project of Qingdao citizen fitness center as an example,the solutions to the construction problems such as the easy corrosion of post cast strip reinforcement of cast-in-situ concrete structure grandstand and the inability of rapid insertion of steel structure processes are studied.Through reasonable construction organization,the corresponding process flow,process control points and quality control measures are taken,the deployment of large and small bays is reasonably optimized and the post pouring belt is canceled,and most of the restraint stress caused by temperature deformation and drying shrinkage deformation in the early stage of concrete is released through the alternative interval of large and small bays,so as to realize the rapid construction of super long stadium stand structure and eliminate the common quality problems of traditional post cast strip,provide conditions for the construction that can not be quickly interspersed in the subsequent steel structure hoisting process,and ensure the construction period and construction quality,which has certain reference significance for similar projects.
