摘  要:随着国内超高层摩天大楼的兴起,超高层垂直运输的主要工具——动臂塔吊凭借着起重量大、起升速度快、吊臂起伏角度大、尾部回转半径小等优势,在超高层建筑领域得到了广泛应用。超高层建筑的建造周期较长,选择一个合适的时间切入点安装动臂塔吊,不仅可以为项目节省开支,而且可以达到减少资源浪费、保护环境的目的,促进建筑业绿色施工的开展。以绿地山东国际金融中心项目为背景,阐述一种外挂式动臂塔吊与核心筒顶升平台穿插配合,在核心筒施工到达一定高度后,进行动臂塔吊安装的施工,达到合理、高效、安全的目的。With the rise of super high-rise skyscrapers in China,boom tower crane,the main tool of super high-rise vertical transportation,is widely used in the field of super high-rise buildings with the advantages of large lifting weight,fast lifting speed,large boom fluctuation angle and small tail rotation radius.The construction cycle of super high-rise building is relatively long,so choosing an appropriate time entry point to install boom tower crane can not only save expenses for the project,but also achieve the purpose of reducing resource waste and protecting the environment,and promote the development of green construction in the construction industry.Taking the Greenland Shandong International Financial Center project as the background,the interspersed cooperation between an external boom tower crane and the core-tube jacking platform is expounded.After the core-tube construction reaches a certain height,the boom tower crane installation construction is carried out to achieve the purpose of rationality,efficiency and safety.
