摘  要:钢结构制造业传统油漆喷涂生产以开放式车间或露天喷涂为主,VOCs的无组织排放对环境产生极大污染。介绍一种可应用于钢结构的全封闭高效环保喷涂生产线,从钢构件的大尺寸非标特点出发,分析生产线的室体组织方式、构件流转方式、废气处理和智能化控制等因素。方案设计具有高效、节能、环保等优点,可显著提升油漆涂装质量和产能,减少投资成本和运行成本。The traditional paint spraying production in steel structure manufacturing industry is mainly open workshop or open-air spraying.The unorganized emission of VOCs causes great pollution to the environment.A fully closed high-efficiency environment protection spraying production line which can be applied to steel structure is introduced.Starting from the large-scale non-standard characteristics of steel components,the factors such as chamber organization mode,component flow mode,waste gas treatment and intelligent control of the production line are analyzed.The scheme design has the advantages of high efficiency,energy saving,environmental protection,etc.,which can significantly improve the paint coating quality and production capacity,and reduce investment costs and operation costs.
