摘 要:快速掌握城市生态环境质量及其变化规律有助于相关部门整合生态资源、改善生态环境、规划城市建设、对实现城市可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。基于遥感解译、环境监测、环境统计等数据,利用城市生态环境状况指数定量分析福建省2015—2019年城市生态环境质量,并采用灰色关联分析法度量城市生态环境状况指数与环境质量指数、污染负荷指数、生态建设指数之间的关联程度。结果表明:(1)2015—2019年间,福建省9个城市的生态环境质量等级为良以上,其中闽西北、闽西南城市生态环境质量优于闽东、闽东南沿海城市。(2)与2015年相比,2019年除了三明市和龙岩市城市生态环境质量略微变好,厦门市略微变差,其他城市均无明显变化。生态用地比例下降、城市热岛比例指数上升是厦门市生态环境质量变差的主要原因。(3)3个分指数与CEI的关联性较高,其中生态建设指数是影响各城市生态环境质量的关键因子。针对福建省主要城市生态环境质量进行综合评价,有利于相关部门制定相应的环境监测计划和污染治理措施,助力城市的可持续发展。Based on remote sensing interpretation data,environmental monitoring data and environmental statistics,this study uses the City Ecological Index(CEI)to quantitatively analyze the urban eco-environmental quality of Fujian Province from 2015 to 2019.Grey correlation analysis method is used to measure the correlation degree between environmental quality index,pollution load index,ecological construction index and city ecological index(CEI).The results showed that,(1)from 2015 to 2019,the eco-environmental quality grade of 9 cities in the province was above good,and the eco-environmental quality of cities in its northwest and southwest was better than that of coastal cities in the east and southeast;(2)compared with 2015,the urban eco-environmental quality of Sanming City and Longyan City has slightly improved in 2019,while that of Xiamen city has slightly deteriorated,and there was no significant change in other cities;the decline in the proportion of ecological land and the increase in the proportion index of urban heat island are the main reasons for the deterioration of eco-environmental quality in Xiamen;(3)the three sub indexes are highly correlated with CEI,and the ecological construction index is a key factor affecting the ecological environment quality of each city.
