摘　　要：消防安全管理作为社会治理的重要内容,必须以有效治理为目标,在把握自身特质和治理逻辑的基础上,着力突破目前的治理困境,打造共建共治共享的消防治理新格局。文章从责任落实、基层管理、单位标准化、执法规范化四个方面对改进和完善消防安全管理提出对策和措施。Fire safety management,as an important element of social governance,must aim at effective gover-nance,and on the basis of grasping its own characteristics and governance logic,strive to break through the cur-rent governance dilemma and create a new pattern of fire governance of common construction,governance and sharing.This paper reflects on four aspects of improving and perfecting fire safety management from the imple-mentation of responsibility,grassroots management,standardization of units,and standardization of law enforce-ment,and proposes countermeasures and measures.
