摘　　要：近年来国内外均有因失火后公共建筑需要加固修缮的案例,失火建筑为恢复功能确保使用安全须进行结构安全鉴定和结构加固修缮施工。文章根据具体的项目案例,针对灾后建筑加固修缮工程质量监理控制要点、方法进行介绍,并对过程中遇到的问题及解决措施进行了阐述。In recent years,there have been cases of public buildings requiring reinforcement and repair after fires at home and abroad,and the buildings on fire have to undergo structural safety appraisal and structural reinforce⁃ment and repair construction in order to restore their functions and ensure safety in use.Based on the author's ex⁃perience in the project case,this paper introduces the key points and methods of quality supervision and control of post-disaster building reinforcement and repair engineering,and expounds the problems encountered in the process and solutions.
