富血小板血浆疗法对压疮患者创面愈合的影响分析

摘　　要：目的观察富血小板血浆(platelet-rich plasma,PRP)在压疮中的应用效果。方法选取2017年10月~2021年4月期间,泰州市人民医院收治的32例压疮患者。将患者随机分为PRP组和对照组,对照组进行常规换药治疗,PRP组对创面进行外用PRP凝胶治疗,观察两组创面愈合情况及护理。结果所有患者创面愈合良好,接受PRP治疗后伤口明显缩小,肉芽组织填充整个创面,色泽红润,血供良好,未发生创面感染加重、菌血症、局部异常组织增生等不良反应。结论PRP能有效安全地促进压疮创面的愈合。Objective To observe the effects of Platelet-rich Plasma(PRP)in pressure ulcers.Method 32 patients with pressure ulcers in Taizhou People's Hospital from October 2017 to April 2021 were selected and randomly divided into a PRP group and a control group.The control group received the conventional dressing change treatment,whereas the PRP group received external PRP gel treatment on the wounds.The wound healing and nursing of the two groups were observed.Result All patients healed well.After receiving PRP treatment,the wounds were significantly reduced.The granulation tissue filled the entire wound with a rosy color and good blood supply.There were no adverse reactions such as worsening wound infection,bacteremia,and abnormal tis⁃sue hyperplasia.Conclusion PRP can effectively and safely promote the recovery of wounds of pressure ulcers.
