摘 要:如何减小高压电气设备中金属微粒对GIS/GIL的污染是提高绝缘强度的关键技术难题之一。对金属微粒产生危害的方式、影响因素及金属微粒抑制措施进行了综述。指出金属微粒的来源广泛、类型多样且微粒的产生不可避免,自由微粒在设备内的复杂运动加剧了其危害的不可控性,微粒危害大小主要因素有微粒尺寸、气压与电压形式等。介绍了表面附膜、微粒陷阱等微粒抑制措施,指出如何合理改进微粒抑制措施,获取更加高效的微粒无害化方法是亟待解决的问题,为今后进一步研究金属微粒提供了参考。One of the key technical problems in improving dielectric strength is how to reduce the contamination of GIS/GIL by metal particles in high-voltage electrical equipment.This paper explained the methods,influencing factors,and measures to suppress metal particles.It pointed out that the sources of metal particles are extensive and diverse,and the generation of particles is unavoidable.The complex movement of free particles in the equipment aggravates the uncontrollability of their hazards.The main factors of particle hazard are particle size,air pressure,voltage form,etc.It introduced particle suppression measures,such as surface film and particle traps.By doing this,this research provides methods to improve particle suppression measures reasonably.Moreover,it indicates that obtaining more efficient particle harmless methods is an urgent problem to be solved,which provides a reference for further research on metal particles in the future.
