摘 要:由短距离、高电压等级输电线路构成的城市环网,在发生故障时的故障行波特征相对复杂。通过研究环形电网发生接地故障后的故障行波传播特征,提出一种环形电网故障定位方法,该方法采用小波法提取各母线节点在故障后的行波特征量,根据各母线节点初始波头时间关系,寻找到一段非故障线路,并根据各母线波头时间确定故障线路,对于复杂的母线近区故障,引入行波极性比较原理确定故障母线,最后经双端行波法精确定位。经EMTP建模联合MATLAB仿真分析表明,该方法故障定位精度高、效果好,能正确识别母线近区故障。The urban ring network structures by the short-distance,high-voltage transmission line and its malfunction traveling wave characteristics are relatively complex when faults occur.The fault traveling wave will propagate after the ground fault occurs in the ring power grid.This paper proposed a fault location method for the ring power grid based on this feature.In this way,the wavelet method was used to extract the traveling wave characteristic of each bus node after the fault and find the non-faulty line according to the initial wave head time relationship of each bus node.The fault line was determined based on the time of each bus wave head.For the complex fault nearby the generatrix,this research introduced the principle of traveling wave polarity comparison to determine the faulty bus,it located the fault accurately by using the double-ended traveling wave method.The EMTP modeling combined with MATLAB simulation analysis shows that the method has high fault location accuracy and significant effect.It could correctly identify the faults in the vicinity of the bus.
