摘 要:特高压换流站内设备需要严格控制电极表面电场强度,以防止电晕放电现象。±800kV换流站用可控消能装置子单元较多,且处于不同电压等级,为准确了解各电极表面电场强度的分布情况,考虑计算及外绝缘试验的可行性,对可控消能装置建立了简化的三维模型,采用有限元分析中的直流传导场进行计算。通过初步仿真结果与试验结果对比分析,对模型中局放较高的部位进行结构优化。优化后的计算及试验结果表明了优化措施的合理性及直流场计算的准确性。The equipment in the UHV converter station needs to strictly control the electric field strength on the electrode surface to prevent the corona discharge phenomenon.There are many controllable energy dissipation device sub-units used in±800kV converter stations,and they belong to different voltage levels.This paper established a simplified three-dimensional model of the controllable energy absorption device.It used the DC conduction field in the finite element analysis for calculation.To accurately understand the distribution of the electric field intensity on the surface of each electrode,the feasibility of calculation and external insulation test has been considered.Compared the preliminary simulation results with the test results,it optimized the structure of the parts with high partial discharge in the model.The optimized calculation and test results show the rationality of the optimization measures and the accuracy of the DC field calculation.
