农户参与国有林场林业合作经营影响因素分析

摘　　要：以福建省沙县区农户参与国有林场合作经营为研究对象,采用二元Logistic回归模型对农户参与国有林场合作经营的影响因素及效应进行实证分析。结果表明:农户的林地规模、当地农户参与各类型林业合作的比例、农户的筹资难度、林木销售难度、当地是否有扶持合作的政策和农户的林地地块数等因素对农户参与国有林场合作经营具有显著的正向影响;户主对自己林业技术评价、户主的年龄和户主对自有林地质量的评价等因素对农户参与国有林场合作经营具有显著的负向影响;户主文化程度、农户家庭劳动人口、农户家庭中林业收入比例和户主对林业风险感知等因素对农户参与国有林场合作经营没有显著的影响。因此,为了促进农户参与国有林场合作经营,首先要因地制宜开展多种合作经营模式,促进林业适度规模化经营;其次要强化政策引导和试点村的示范作用,营造合作氛围;同时还要加强组织领导,构建合作利益保障机制。⑴Background——In order to solve the problems of the decentralization of farmers'forestry management and the lack of driving capacity of forestry cooperative economic organizations,Sanming in Fujian began to implement a model of cooperative management of forest resources between farmers and state-owned forest farms from 2020.⑵Methods——Employing a multi-stage random sampling method,600 farmers were selected for interviews and questionnaire surveys and 552 valid questionnaires were collected.The binary logistic regression model was applied to analyze the influencing factors of farmers'willingness to participate in the cooperation of state-owned forest farms.⑶Results——①Among the basic characteristics of farmers,the age variable of the head of the household showed a significant negative impact at the 1%level.The younger the head of the household,the greater the opportunity to go out and work part-time,and the less dependent on forest land,the higher the willingness to participate in cooperation.②Among the characteristic factors of farmers'forestry production and management,the head of the household has a significant negative impact on his own forestry technology evaluation variables at the level of 5%.High efficiency of forestry production requires high forestry technology.Farmers with poor forestry technology are more willing to cooperate to obtain technical support,which will help to improve forestry production efficiency.Variables such as the difficulty of raising funds for farmers and the difficulty of selling forest trees showed a significant positive impact at the 1%level.③Among the policy and environmental characteristics,variables such as whether there are local policies to support cooperation and the proportion of local farmers participating in forestry cooperation show a very significant positive impact at the 1%level.The ratio of policy support and farmers'participation in forestry cooperation reflects the government's support and farmers'trust in cooperation.④Among the characterist
