摘  要:使用MTS伺服液压疲劳试验机,对工程中常用的ML20MnTiB、10.9级、M20高强度螺栓进行了3组静力拉伸试验和10组欠预拉力的常幅疲劳试验,绘制出常幅疲劳破坏的S-N曲线并建立疲劳寿命计算方法,使用Phenom ProX电镜能谱一体机对螺栓疲劳断口进行宏观和微观分析,展示了疲劳源区、扩展区和瞬断区形貌的典型特征,揭示了高强度螺栓的破坏机理及失效过程,为其疲劳安全设计及断口分析提供科学依据。MTS servo hydraulic fatigue testing machine was used to conduct 3 sets of static tensile tests and 10 sets of constant amplitude fatigue tests with under-pretension on the commonly used ML20 MnTiB, 10.9, and M20 high-strength bolts in engineering. The constant amplitude fatigue failure curves were dram. The fatigue life calculation method was established, and the fatigue fracture macroscopic and microscopic analysis was carried out through the Phenom ProX scanning electron microscopy, which shows the typical features of the morphology of the fatigue source zone, expansion zone and instantaneous failure zone, and reveals the failure mechanism and failure process of high-strength bolts. The results provide a scientific basis for fatigue safety design and fracture analysis.
