摘 要:针对拟建铝合金网壳结构中不锈钢螺栓连接的板式节点,通过铝-铝、钢-铝共90个抗剪试件有限元模型分析,得到了抗剪试件的薄弱部位和9种预拉力P、5种滑移系数μ对不锈钢螺栓抗剪连接性能的影响。根据有限元分析所得抗剪试件的传力特点及影响因素,设计了12个铝-铝、钢-铝试件,采用阳极氧化膜或钢丝刷除浮锈作为接触面,进行了预拉力43 kN、0 kN时的试验,得出了铝-铝连接、钢-铝连接的荷载-位移曲线、滑移系数、滑移荷载和极限承载力,试验结果与有限元分析结论一致。分析后得出了抗剪承载力设计值、极限承载力对应的变形量;结合安装需求给出了近8.5万条不锈钢螺栓在安装阶段的初拧、终拧预拉力的取值及其相对应的扭矩值。Aiming at the gusset joints of the proposed aluminum alloy reticulated shell structure connected by stainless steel bolts, 90 finite element models of shear specimens of aluminum-aluminum and steel-aluminum were analyzed. Their weak parts and the effects of 9 kinds of pretension force P and 5 kinds of slip coefficient μ on the shear resistance property of stainless steel bolted connection were obtained. According to the force transfer characteristics and interfering factors of shear specimens analyzed by finite element models, 12 pieces of aluminum-aluminum and steel-aluminum were tested, when P was 43 kN or 0 kN. Anodic films on aluminum alloys and rust-free surface on steel specimens obtained by wire brush were directly used as the contact surface. The load-displacement curves, slip coefficients, slip loads, and ultimate bearing capacity were obtained and the test results were consistent with the conclusion of finite element analyses. After the analyses, the design value of the shear capacity and the corresponding deformation of ultimate capacity were got. The pretension forces and corresponding torque values of nearly 85 000 stainless steel bolts were given by considering the installation requirements.
