摘  要:中华人民共和国成立初期,党和政府明确劳资两利的政策,以发展生产为中心、以订立集体合同为中心环节,在此基础上构建了“民主、平等、两利、契约”的新型劳资关系。这种新型劳资关系是在坚持共产党的领导、坚持繁荣经济、坚持调动劳资双方积极性的思想指导下建立的,具有鲜明的特点。建立新型的劳资关系有利于团结民族资产阶级、稳定社会秩序,对恢复国民经济、促进城乡物资交流、增加市场供应等发挥了积极作用。In the early period of the People′s Republic of China,the Party and the government clarified the policy of"benefit both labor and capital",with the development of production as the center and the conclusion of collective contracts as the central link,on this basis,a"democratic,equal,mutually beneficial,contractual"new-democratic labor and capital relations was established.Its distinct characteristics were adhering to the leadership of the Communist Party,persisting in economic prosperity,and persisting in mobilizing the enthusiasm of both labor and capital.It was helpful for uniting the national bourgeoisie and stabilizing the social order.It played a positive role in restoring the national economy,promoting the exchange of materials between urban and rural areas,and increasing the market supply.
