摘　　要：目的了解医院静脉血栓栓塞症防治现状。方法对同济大学附属第十人民医院医疗集团内45家二、三级医院开展问卷调查,运用描述性统计分析。结果建立静脉血栓栓塞症管理团队或综合管理体系的医院占37.78%,开展宣教或知情同意告知的医院占77.78%,进行医护人员培训的医院达80%以上。对目前开展效果满意的医院占8.89%;医院管理者重视程度三级医院高于二级医院(P=0.028),救治能力高于二级医院(P<0.05)。结论集团内医院对静脉血栓栓塞症预防总体意识较高,但满意度不高。二级医院的静脉血栓栓塞症防治能力相对不足,需加强VTE防治工作监管,提升VTE防治效率;三级医院应细化VTE防控体系,开展VTE防治区域协作,促进VTE防治整体水平提升。Objective To investigate the current status of prevention and treatment of Venous Thromboembolism(VTE)in hospitals.Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted in 45 secondary and tertiary hospitals of the Tenth People's Hospital of Tongji University,and descriptive statistical analysis was used.Results 37.78%of the hospitals established VTE management team or comprehensive management system,77.78%of the hospitals carried out education or informed consent notification,and more than 80%of the hospitals carried out medical staff training.8.89%of hospitals were satisfied with the current development effect.Hospital managers in tertiary hospitals paid more attention to the prevention and treatment of VTE than those in secondary hospitals(P=0.028),and the treatment capacity was higher than that of secondary hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall awareness of the prevention of VTE was high,but the satisfaction was not high.Secondary hospitals were relatively weak in the prevention and treatment of VTE,so it was necessary to strengthen the supervision and improve the efficiency of VTE prevention and treatment.Tertiary hospitals should refine the VTE prevention and control system,carry out regional cooperation on VTE prevention and control,and promote the overall level of VTE prevention and control.
