摘　　要：目的建立某院ICU成人患者身体约束决策量表常模。方法采用分层随机抽样法,于2020年9月1日—2021年3月31日选取哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院4个ICU单元成人患者共950例,进行ICU成人患者身体约束决策量表测评,以机械通气情况和约束情况分组分别建立均数常模、百分位常模和划界常模。结果共回收有效量表950份。某院ICU成人患者身体约束决策量表总分为(10.19±4.41)分,自身能力维度得分为(8.19±3.42)分,外显行为维度得分为(2.00±2.54)分。根据患者不同机械通气情况和约束情况得分差异,建立均数常模;将量表得分按5%为间隔,建立百分位常模;以0.5个s为间距,(x±2s)为界点,根据不同维度机械通气情况和约束情况,将身体约束措施划分为不使用约束措施、使用预防性约束措施和使用约束措施3个等级。结论ICU成人患者身体约束决策量表常模具有良好代表性,可为医护人员对ICU成人患者身体约束决策行为干预提供参考。Objective To establish the norm of physical restraint decision scale for adult patients in ICU in a Hospital.Methods A total of 950 adult ICU patients from four ICU units in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Harbin Medical University were selected from September 2020 to March 2021 by stratified random sampling method.The physical restraint decision scale for adult patients in ICU was evaluated.The mean norm,percentile norm and demarcation norm were established according to mechanical ventilation condition and constraint condition.Results A total of 950 valid scales were collected.The total score of physical restraint decision scale for adult ICU patients in a hospital was(10.19±4.41),the score of self-competence dimension was(8.19±3.42),and the score of explicit behavior dimension was(2.00±2.54).The mean norm was established according to the score difference of different mechanical ventilation conditions and constraints.The scale scores were separated by 5%to establish percentile norm.Taking 0.5 standard deviation as spacing and(x±2s)as boundary point,physical restraint measures were divided into three grades:no restraint measures,preventive restraint measures and restraint measures according to mechanical ventilation and restraint conditions in different dimensions.Conclusion The norm of the physical restraint decision scale of adult ICU patients has well representative,which can provide reference for medical staff to intervene the physical restraint decision behavior of adult ICU patients.
