摘　　要：通过日巡查可以弥补血站因常规审核核查周期长、难发现质量隐患的缺陷,从而为血站质量管理提供思路。重庆市血液中心自2019年11月起分3个阶段开展了日巡查工作,提升了质量管理人员发现质量隐患的能力,并为工作人员提供了畅通、有效的反馈渠道,为血站同行开展日巡查提供了参考。The daily inspection can make up for the defect that the quality hidden trouble is difficult to be found due to the long inspection cycle in the routine audit of blood stations,thus providing ideas for the quality management of blood stations.In November 2019,Chongqing Blood Center carried out daily inspection in three stages,which improved the ability of quality management personnel to find potential quality problems,provided a smooth and effective feedback channel for staff,and provided reference for the blood station counterparts to carry out daily inspection.
