摘　　要：目的通过分析国内城市医疗集团研究趋势、研究热点与重点,为城市医疗集团的建设与发展提供参考。方法数据来源于中国知网和万方数据库,共纳入934篇相关文献。采用文献计量的定量方法和可视化知识图谱进行趋势、热点、重点的计量分析,采用内容分析方法进行重点问题分析。结果城市医疗集团研究的文献量逐渐增加,2015年后快速增加,研究类文献占比增速较快;作者机构耦合度尚不高;研究内容由粗转细,具体管理问题研究增多。结论关于医联体模式、医改相关政策和制度的讨论是研究热点;专科医疗集团较多以中医、儿科、康复等薄弱、人才紧缺、传统医学学科为纽带;高效的人、财、物管理是城市医疗集团成功的关键;城市医疗集团从以治病为主的医疗主体逐渐转变为以健康管理为主的“互联网+”模式。Objective To provide reference for the construction and development of urban medical group by analyzing the research trend,research hotspots and key points of domestic urban medical group.Methods Analyzed data were collected from CNKI and Wanfang database,with a total of 934 related literatures.The quantitative method of literature bibliometric analysis and visual knowledge map were used for the quantitative analysis of trends,hot spots and key issues,and the content analysis method was used for the analysis of key issues.Results The number of literatures on urban medical groups increased gradually,and increased rapidly after 2015.The proportion of research literature increased rapidly.The coupling degree of the authors and organizations was not high.The research content had changed from coarse to fine,and the research on specific management problems had increased.Conclusion The discussion on the mode of Medical Association and the policies and systems related to medical reform was research hotspot.Specialized medical groups were mostly linked by weak,talent shortage and traditional medical disciplines,such as traditional Chinese medicine,pediatrics,and rehabilitation.Efficient human,financial and material management was the key to the success of urban medical group.Urban medical group gradually changed from the main medical treatment to the"Internet plus"mode with health management as the main body.
