摘　　要：医院“红色基因”是指医院发展历程中所积淀下来的红色元素、革命印记、光荣传统和文化积淀等。首都医科大学宣武医院“红色基因”分别表现为“坚持真理、坚守理想”“践行初心、担当使命”“不怕牺牲、英勇斗争”“对党忠诚、不负人民”等思想内涵。认为寻找医院“红色基因”,是开展党史学习教育的创新形式,是加强医院文化建设的重要内容,是促进公立医院高质量发展的巨大动力。Hospital"Red-Gene"refers to the red element,revolutionary mark,glorious tradition and cultural accumulation accumulated in the course of hospital development.The"Red-Gene"of Xuanwu Hospital of Capital Medical University respectively shows the ideological connotations of"adhering to the truth and adhere to the ideal","practicing the original aspiration and taking on the mission","fearing no sacrifice and struggling bravely",and"being loyal to the Party and living up to the people".It is considered that the search for hospital"Red-Gene"is an innovative form of Party history study and education,an important content of strengthening hospital culture construction,and a great power to promote the high-quality development of public hospitals.
