摘  要:电镀是全球三大污染工业之一,在电镀工艺中镀镍应用最广,产生的含镍废水是一种危害极大的重金属废水。目前对于含高浓度金属离子的电镀废水有较为成熟的处理方法,但是对于含低浓度金属离子的电镀废水,由于金属离子和络合能力较强的络合剂形成低浓度的金属络合物,一般的处理方法难以达到《电镀污染物排放标准》(GB 21900-2008)表3的排放要求。本文重点介绍处理镀镍废水中低浓度镍的去除方法和进展。Electroplating is one of the three most polluting industries in the world,and nickel plating is the most widely used in the plating process,producing nickel-containing wastewater which is a very hazardous heavy metal wastewater.Currently there are more mature treatment methods for electroplating wastewater containing high concentrations of metal ions,but for electroplating wastewater containing low concentrations of metal ions,it is difficult to meet the discharge requirements of Table 3 of the Electroplating Pollutant Discharge Standard(GB 21900-2008)due to the low concentration of metal complexes formed by metal ions and complexing agents with strong complexing ability.The removal methods and progress in treating low concentration nickel in nickel plating wastewater were studied.
