环氧树脂固化剂在免烧磷石膏砖中的应用探索

摘  要:磷石膏是工业生产磷酸和磷肥的副产物,制取1吨磷酸产生4.8~5.0吨磷石膏。目前其综合利用率仅10%左右,堆放占用大量土地,也污染环境。本文利用环氧树脂类固化剂与骨料、减水剂和纤维制备免烧磷石膏砖,通过单因素实验和正交实验对免烧磷石膏砖配料比进行了研究。结果显示:在水膏比60%、骨料0.8%、固化剂0.4%、减水剂0.2%、纤维素0.3%的条件下为最优配比。此条件下抗压强度为5.3 MPa,抗折强度为2.3 MPa。但其在强度方面还需要进一步改进提高。Phosphogypsum is a by-product of industrial production of phosphoric acid and phosphate fertilizer. One ton of phosphoric acid produces 4.8~5.0 tons of phosphogypsum.At present, its comprehensive utilization rate is only about 10%,and stacks large amounts of land and also pollutes the environment. Using epoxy resin curing agent and aggregate, water reducing agent and fiber to prepare unburned phosphogypsum brick, the proportion of additive ingredients of unburned phosphogypsum brick was studied by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment. The results showed that the optimal ratio was water-cement ratio 60%,aggregate 0.8%,curing agent 0.4%,water reducing agent 0.2% and cellulose 0.3%. The compressive strength under this condition was 5.3 MPa, the folding strength was 2.3 MPa. However, it needed to further research and improvement in strength.
