摘  要:面对突如其来的新冠疫情,设计研究出适用于不同场所使用的四种消毒液(A、B、C、D),并对其杀菌效果、腐蚀性等做了探讨。结果显示,用浓度50 mg/L的四种消毒水对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌作用2 min,对大肠杆菌作用2 min,平均杀灭率达100%;四种消毒水对常用食品设备的表面、管道内壁和食品外包装进行消毒实验,自然菌落总数减少98%以上;四种消毒水对不锈钢、碳钢、铝、铜基本无腐蚀作用。Four kinds of novel disinfectant(A,B,C,D)were designed and formulated in the face of sudden COVID-19,and their bactericidal effect as well as corrosiveness were also discussed. Results showed that the average killing rate of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli in suspension were 100% when the four disinfectants with the concentration of 50 mg/L were treated for 2 min, respectively. Besides, the four kinds of disinfectants were used to disinfect the surface of common food equipment, the inner wall of pipes and the outer package of food, and the total number of natural colonies was reduced by over 98%. The four disinfectants had no corrosive effect on stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum and copper.
