摘　　要：以月桂酸为原料,经酯化,氨解反应生成烷醇酰胺,并以此为原料与环氧氯丙烷反应合成十二碳烷醇酰胺缩水甘油醚,探讨了不同相转移催化剂对反应的影响,并对中间产物以及烷醇酰胺缩水甘油醚进行了红外、核磁以及质谱的表征。在试验部分详细介绍月桂酸甲酯与十二碳酸烷醇酰胺的合成,十二碳酸烷醇酰胺缩水甘油醚的合成及分离,本文侧重介绍试验过程中所用工具及药品、过程把控、产出率等关键节点;对烷醇酰胺、缩水甘油醚等产物进行相关图谱分析,通过对产出物进行图谱分析后根据图谱具体表现确定化合物成分,将理论数据与试验数据进行对比,依照数据对比结果得出最终结论。N-(2-(oxiran-2-ylmethoxy)ethyl)dodecannamide(Ⅲ)was synthesized by three steps. Lauric acid and methanol were first used to synthesize methyl laurate(Ⅰ)through esterification, and then synthesize lauryl alcohol amide(Ⅱ)via ammonolysis reaction with ethanolamine, the target product(Ⅲ)was synthesized via the etherification reaction between(Ⅱ)and chloroepoxy propane under the catalysis action of phase transfer catalysis. The different effects on the reaction when phase transfer catalysis was replaced were discussed. The intermediate product and terminal product’s structures were confirmed by IR,NMR and MS. In the experimental part, the synthesis of methyl laurate and dodecanol amide, and the synthesis and separation of dodecanol amide glycidyl ether were introduced in detail. The key nodes such as tools and drugs used in the experimental process, process control and yield were mainly introduced. The product of alkanolamide, glycidyl ether and other products were analyzed by the related spectrum. After the spectrum analysis of the product, the compound composition was determined according to the specific performance of the spectrum. The theoretical data and experimental data were compared, and the final conclusion was drawn according to the data comparison results.
