摘 要:研究了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP-OES)法测定硅钙合金中铁含量的应用性。通过对分析测试线、称样量、试样溶解、谱线干扰的研究,实验结果表明选取铁元素259.940nm谱线,钙基体打底,配制合适的标准曲线,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪能够快速准确的测定硅钙合金中铁含量。结果与硅钙标准物质标准值相吻合,结果的相对标准偏差RSD≦1.00%。方法较滴定法简化了操作。The application of inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer(ICP-OES)for determining iron content in Si-Ca alloy was studied. The experimental results showed that the iron content in Si-Ca alloy can be determined quickly and accurately by selecting the 259.940 nm spectral line of iron, backing the calcium matrix, preparing a suitable standard curve and using inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer. The results were in good agreement with the standard values of silicon and calcium reference materials, and the relative standard deviation of the results was ≦1.00%. Compared with titration, the method simplified the operation.
