摘  要:高速的磷化工发展带来大量的含磷污泥排放,污泥脱水是污泥治理的重点。为解决含磷废水化学污泥脱水难的问题,本研究选取酸碱调理法、絮凝沉淀法和超声法对污泥进行预处理,以期改善污泥的脱水效果和沉降性能。结果表明,加入PAM预处理的污泥具有最佳的沉降性能,沉降1 h后污泥的SV值为29.38%;采用超声法预处理的污泥脱水后含水率最低,为57.55%。综合考虑污泥的脱水效果和沉降性能,PAM调理的方法是该污泥脱水的最好预处理方法。The rapid development of phosphorus chemical industry has brought about a large amount of phosphorus-containing sludge discharge, and sludge dewatering is the focus of sludge treatment. In order to solve the problem of difficult dewatering of phosphorus-containing wastewater chemical sludge, acid-base conditioning method, flocculation sedimentation method and ultrasonic method were selected to pre-treat the sludge in order to improve the dewatering effect and settling performance of the sludge. The results showed that the sludge pretreated with PAM had the best settling performance, SV value of the sludge after 1 h of settling was 29.38%,the water content of the sludge pretreated by the ultrasonic method was the lowest after dewatering, which was 57.55%. Considering the dewatering effect and settling performance of the sludge, PAM conditioning method was the best pretreatment method for the dewatering of the sludge.
