摘　　要：目的探讨补肾疏肝方对非肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)(肾虚肝郁型)患者糖脂代谢、性激素的影响。方法选择丽水市中医院2019年12月至2020年10月收治的非肥胖型PCOS(肾虚肝郁型)62例,采用抽签法分为对照组(n=31)与观察组(n=31),对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组采用补肾疏肝方治疗。观察治疗前后两组患者肾虚肝郁相关症状变化、实验室指标及证候疗效。结果治疗前两组证候评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组证候评分低于治疗前,观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);治疗前两组血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、游离睾酮(T)水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组FINS、LH水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组治疗后TC、FPG、FINS、LH、T水平低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组证候总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论补肾疏肝方治疗非肥胖型PCOS(肾虚肝郁型)效果肯定,可有效改善患者临床症状,降低糖脂代谢及性激素水平,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To investigate the effects of Bushen Shugan Formula on glucolipid metabolism and sex hormones in patients with non-obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)(kidney deficiency and liver depression type).Methods A total of 62 patients with non-obese PCOS(kidney deficiency and liver depression type)admitted to Lishui Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=31)and the observation group(n=31)by the lottery method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Bushen Shugan Formula.The changes in symptoms related to kidney deficiency and liver depression,the laboratory indexes and efficacy on syndromes in the two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in syndrome scores before treatment(P>0.05).The syndrome scores of the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.001).Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences between the two groups in terms of the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),luteinizing hormone(LH),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)and free testosterone(T)(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FINS and LH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the levels of TC,FPG,FINS,LH and T in the observation group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate for the treatment of syndromes in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Bushen Shugan Formula has def
