摘  要:住宅楼的公共交通空间是楼内居民每天经过、停留和发生际遇性交流的场所,设计除了应符合各项规程、规范外,还要争取绿色节能、环境优化,力求综合品质得到提升。文章以18层住宅单元2户交通核的优化设计为例,分析在住宅平面的设计中,将交通核的公共空间集约化整合,争取自然采光、通风,减少隐秘和灰色空间,做到绿色节能、流线便捷、环境舒适。通过明确空间归属、减少模糊空间来提升公共空间意识,以促进邻里关系的和谐。同时,优化交通核设计,可以在提高得房率的同时改进户内设计,综合提升住宅品质。The public traffic space of the residential buildings is a site where residents pass,stay and have chance communication every day.The design should not only comply with various regulations and specifications,but also strive for green energy saving and environmental optimization,and strive to improve the integrated quality.This paper takes the optimization design on two elevators of the 18-storey residential building unit as an example,and analyzes that the public space of the elevators should be intensively integrated in the design of the residential plan to strive for natural lighting and ventilation,reduce the hidden and gray space and achieve green energy saving,convenient circulation and comfortable environment.The awareness of public space is improved by defining the space ownership and reducing the fuzzy space,so as to promote the harmony of neighborhood relations.Meanwhile,the optimization of elevator design can improve the indoor design comprehensively improve the housing quality while improving the efficiency rate.
