摘　　要：以分别沾染奶渍、食物残渣、油渍、汗渍及泥渍的婴儿纯棉针织连体衣作为实验样品,探究了不同水温、水量、洗涤时间、洗涤转速、漂洗次数、洗涤剂用量对洗净率的影响。研究发现各洗涤参数对不同污渍洗净率的影响不同:奶渍洗净率影响因素显著关系从大到小依次为洗涤剂用量、洗涤时间、漂洗次数、水温、水量、洗涤转速;食物残渣洗净率影响因素显著关系从大到小依次为水量、洗涤转速、漂洗次数、洗涤时间、洗涤剂用量、水温;油渍洗净率影响因素显著关系由大到小依次为水温、洗涤剂用量、洗涤转速、洗涤时间、漂洗次数、水量;汗渍洗净率影响因素显著关系从大到小依次为漂洗次数、水量、洗涤转速、洗涤时间、洗涤剂用量、水温;泥渍洗净率影响因素显著关系从大到小依次为水量、洗涤剂用量、漂洗次数、洗涤转速、洗涤时间、水温。研究结果可为洗衣机厂家研发适合不同污渍的洗护程序提供指导,为正确洗护沾染污渍的衣物提供参考。The effects of different temperature and quantity of water,washing time,washing speed,rinsing times and detergent dosage on the washing rate of milk stains,food residues,oil stains,sweat stains and mud stains were investigated with the help of baby pure-cotton knitted onesie stained with milk stains,food residues,oil stains,sweat stains and mud stains.The results showed that the washing parameters had different effects on the cleaning rate of different stains;the order of influencing factors on the washing rate of milk stains was detergent dosage,washing time,rinsing times,temperature of water,quantity of water,washing speed;the order of influencing factors on the washing rate of food residues was quantity of water,washing speed,rinsing times,washing time,detergent dosage,temperature of water;the order of influencing factors on the washing rate of oil stains was temperature of water,detergent dosage,washing speed,washing time,rinsing times,water quantity;the order of influencing factors on the washing rate of sweat was rinsing times,quantity of water,washing speed,washing time,detergent dosage,temperature of water;the order of influencing factors on the washing rate of mud was quantity of water,detergent dosage,rinsing times,washing speed,washing time,temperature of water.The results provided guidance for washing machine manufacturers to develop washing-care procedures of being suitable for different stains,and provided a reference for the correct washing-care of stained clothing.
