摘 要:为解决目前篮球服穿着舒适性差、美观度低、易导致身体疲劳等问题,以B体型男性篮球运动爱好者为对象,对其在篮球运动过程中体型正面、背面、侧面的形态变化特征进行分析,并与其静态体型尺寸对比,研究运动过程中其体型变化部位、皮肤肌肉伸缩变化方向及变化程度,并结合运动舒适性理论进行篮球服优化设计,最后借助实验对优化效果进行评测。结果表明:在篮球运动过程中,人体各部位的皮肤和肌肉均会在水平方向与垂直方向发生不同程度的伸缩变化,变化程度显著影响服装相应部位的结构、尺寸、形状及面料要求,其中肩关节、腋窝部位、膝关节、髋部、臀部、大腿部位属于篮球运动过程中形态变化较明显的部位。同时还发现:运动时,穿着采用合理结构与优良面料组合设计的紧身篮球服装,不仅不会降低运动舒适性,而且会有效减少身体的疲劳感。研究结论既可为篮球训练服装的性能优化提供参考,也可为其他运动类服装的性能优化提供思路。In order to solve the low wearing comfort,low aesthetics,easy to fatigue and other problem of basketball training clothing,the B-shaped male basketball player have been selected as the object in this study.The change characteristics of the front,back and side of the body during playing basketball were studied.And the direction and degree of skin muscle stretch and contraction was analyzed by comparing with the size of the static body.Moreover,the performance optimization design of basketball training clothing was developed by combining with the theory of sports comfort,and then the optimization effect was evaluated by wearing experiment.Results showed that the skin muscles of every part of the body changed in the horizontal and vertical direction in the course of basketball movement,the degree of change significantly affected the size of clothing′s structure,shape and fabric requirements of the corresponding parts of the clothing,and the shape of knee,hip,shoulder and armpit were the parts of more significant change.And it was found that the fatigue of the body was effectively reduced by wearing tight basketball clothing with reasonable structure and good fabric design.The research can not only provide a reference for the performance optimization of basketball training clothing,but also provide some ideas for the structure optimization of other athletic uniforms.
